GENERAL GELATIN PRODUCTION PROCESS
At BanaGel, quality is integrated into every step of the gelatin manufacturing process. From carefully selected raw materials to the final packaged product, each stage is monitored through stringent quality control procedures to ensure consistent performance, safety, and compliance with international standards.
Our modern production facilities utilize advanced processing technologies and in-house laboratory testing to monitor critical parameters, including raw material quality, process conditions, microbiological safety, physical and chemical properties, and finished product specifications. Every production batch undergoes comprehensive inspection and testing before release, ensuring consistent Bloom strength, viscosity, purity, and product stability.
Supported by complete traceability and internationally recognized certifications, BanaGel is committed to delivering high-quality gelatin that meets the requirements of the global food, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical industries.
